As the 2011/12 president of the Rotary Club of Aldershot it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our Club Website. The purpose of our site is to provide information about Rotary, our club and its activities; we also hope it will encourage new members. A warm welcome awaits you here, so please come along and help us to put something back into the community; you will find it a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
We have nearly forty members actively involved in fund-raising for local, national and international good causes through a series of events and schemes. The club supports and encourages international exchange visits, sponsors educational, cultural and youth activities through various programmes in conjunction with local schools.
The intention of this site is to raise the profile of Aldershot Rotary Club in the local community, as well as the wider international community. We also plan to keep our own members and visiting Rotarians up to date with forthcoming events at the club and thus forge closer links with the people of the town we serve.
